I first noticed my neck pain after double knee surgery. My neck became painful while re-learning to walk. After shoulder surgry and physical therapy the pain recededed in my neck but I didn't get any relief in my shoulder. Gradually, the pain returned as well as loss of motion in my shoulder. I could not sleep at night.

No one wants to be in pain. Remember, pain is the body’s response telling you something is not right. If you believe you should see a doctor about your pain by all means do so.
Pain is very motivational. All you want is pain relief. It forces us to act. Impact Health specializes in pain relief by helping the body heal and making the body better. If you think about it pain comes in many forms and each category tells us a lot about a potential remedy.
Sharp Pain, Somatic Pain can be from a pinch, tear, or a spasm it is usually in a localized spot and can be reproduced by touching spot or moving the body part. These can be pain in the muscle, joints, bones, ligaments or skin.
Aches, Visceral Pain is non-localized and described vaguely. Clients describe the pain generally as back pain, neck pain or abdominal pain.
Nerve Pain described by tingling, hypersensitivity, numbness or loss of strength. These can be caused by nerve damage (pinched nerve, etc.) inflammation of the nerves, trapped nerves and more.
Sympathetic Pain is pain around a damaged area. This kind of pain can cause a number of secondary issues if the client adjusts around the pain instead of relieving it.
